Market research software firm Askia has opened an office in Los Angeles, where it has named SPSS veteran Jamey Corriveau as Director of US Operations.Established in 1994 by former BMRB consultant Jerome Sopocko, Askia offers a full suite of products for questionnaire design; data collection via CATI, CAWI, and CAPI; and analysis. In addition, the firm provides user training and technical support.
Askia has offices in Paris, London, Brussels, Mannheim and New York, and through the launch of operations in Los Angeles, says it can now provide coast-to-coast coverage across the US.
Corriveau (pictured) will join the new office with 25 years' survey and market research industry experience, with fourteen spent at SPSS, latterly as Director of Product Marketing. Most recently, he was Vice President, IPS at Lieberman Research Worldwide (LRW), and before this he worked at Verge Consulting, Ipsos-ASI, Quantime, and Booth Research.
