Creative video studio the Commotion Agency has rolled out an analytics service, to help clients measure the effectiveness of their online video campaigns.The Atlanta, Georgia-based company helps clients communicate through custom animated 'explainer' videos, and conducts research to understand a client's target audience before putting together a campaign.
The new service has been developed to provide insight into how viewers respond to video content. Using a number of digital tools, the agency can split-test and measure how viewers are interacting with different versions of an explainer video on a client's web site, see whether they are skipping or re-watching certain sections, and identify if they drop out before the video is over. The service can also help to understand which version of a video is more effective at driving conversions.
