Data collection specialist OMR Globus has launched an online panel hosting, sampling and survey platform called Q One, which it says provides tools for every step in the data collection process, from initial quote to invoice.OMR Globus offers online/telephone quant and qual data collection and project management; and global medical, B2B and consumer panels; while also operating a large predictive CATI call centre which supports multi-mode, IDI or CATI projects. As well as its London HQ, the firm operates from offices in Exeter, UK; Toronto, Canada; and Dhanmondi Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Q One can be used for online/off-line fieldwork; panel member recruitment and management; panel building, hosting and management; self-serve panel access; qual and quant research; and project management on a full service or sample-only basis. In addition, the system provides functionality for online, CATI and phone-to-web interviewing.
EU CTO Ray Lockton (pictured) comments: 'We have built Q One to help research companies manage every aspect of MR projects from quote to invoice in a cost-effective and easy to use online environment. Q One meets the needs of contemporary MR firms that want premium technology at affordable monthly pricing with no hidden extras.'
