In the US, business intelligence provider Mystery Researchers has acquired customer service measurement and mystery shopping specialist Beyond Hello - its second acquisition in two months. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.Launched in 1991, Madison, Wisconsin-based Beyond Hello conducts research to help companies understand how their selling behaviour, level of customer service, and their customers' loyalty directly impact on their profits. As well as mystery shopping, the firm carries out customer satisfaction surveys, onsite customer intercepts, telephone evaluations and video shops, while its HR Online process has been developed for managing employee programs.
As part of the deal, Mystery Researchers will integrate Beyond Hello's mystery shopping expertise into its own service, and former Beyond Hello owners Gary Godding and Christopher Warzynski will join the Mystery Researchers Board of Directors.

Today's announcement follows Mystery Researchers' acquisition of on-site data collection specialist Insula Research in August.
