US-based marketing and communications specialist HCD Research is introducing its integrated cognitive and applied neuroscience market research services across China.HCD will use its mobile neuroscience laboratories throughout the country to collect data at malls, corporate facilities, and market research/focus group facilities. In addition, it has partnered with China-based wellness center network AnyHealth, for access to data collection, recruiting and local research facilities.
The firm says it is currently focusing on applications for CPG companies studying packaging, fragrance and flavour and other sensory research, as well as on testing communications including print, broadcast and online. With 50 centers planned across China, the firms say they can obtain qual and psychophysiological data from hundreds of thousands of consumers, representing a wide range of age, income and health demographics.
