In the UK, Millward Brown has formally announced the appointment of Jane Bloomfield, previously Head of Innovations at Hall & Partners, as Brand Development Director.
Bloomfield's departure from Hall and Partners was announced in January, when the agency promoted Joanna Fanuele to her former role. Bloomfield (pictured) joined the company in 2001 and was Global Head of Brand and Marketing for more than six years before taking the lead innovations role in 2013. She began her career at Infratest Burke.
At Millward Brown, she will report to Amanda Phillips, Head of Marketing in the UK, and is charged with strengthening client relationships and expanding the firm's services across channel optimisation, creative development, brand strategy and brand performance. This includes working with external partners.
Phillips comments: 'We are delighted to welcome Jane's wealth of expertise and talent to Millward Brown. Her understanding of the marketing research industry perfectly complements the Millward Brown ethos to deliver new solutions quickly into the hands of insights and marketing leaders, and provide them with the data they need to guide strategic decision-making.'
Part of Kantar, within WPP, the firm operates in more than 55 countries and is online at www.millwardbrown.com .
