1 Stop Data Opens US Office

UK-based call centre 1 Stop Data has opened a branch in Austin, Texas, which will offer services to North American agencies, while working with existing sales partners across the US.

Set up in 2001 by marketer Pauline Murphy (pictured), the Ewell, Surrey-based firm offers a range of B2B research services including data gathering and analysis, marketing and rating research, as well as lead generation, direct marketing, list building and global telemarketing.

Murphy says the North American team comprises callers who understand not only the language of the countries they call, but also the culture, and will work with global technology, financial and SaaS companies which already have a presence in Europe. 'Our European clients are seeing success with our efforts on their behalf, and want those same results in their North American operations. This expansion was a logical next step', she adds.
