WPP-owned Kantar is consolidating its activities in Israel by transferring Millward Brown's country license to TNS. The group says this will help it expand its presence in the market and provide better service both for local and global clients.Until now Kantar's local data investment management activity in Israel has been through a trio of firms, TNS (also known as TNS Teleseker), Kantar Media and Millward Brown licensee Shiluv. In October the licence agreement between Millward Brown and Shiluv will terminate, and Millward Brown's licence in Israel will be transferred to TNS as of November 1st.
According to a Kantar statement, TNS is the largest MR agency in Israel, and the move will see Millward Brown solutions distributed by TNS through dedicated client teams using Millward Brown's proprietary solutions including Link and Brand Dynamics.
