Hertfordshire, UK-based data collection agency QRS Market Research is celebrating its 40th anniversary with a move to larger offices in Welwyn Garden City, on Friday this week.QRS, which was bought out by its management last year, provides a full range of qual and quant services including face-to-face, telephone, and online data collection for both the B2B and B2C markets. The company also conducts ad hoc studies, and has its own panel.
QRS' existing call centre comprising 45 CATI stations, will increase to in excess of 70 in the new premises in the coming months. Managing Director Kathy Tomlin explains: 'This move allows us access to a much larger labour market to facilitate our growth, as well as a fast train into central London, giving us and our clients greater accessibility to each other'.
