US-based voice-of-customer technology firm OpinionLab has released a new version of its product, enabling brands to connect consumer feedback gathered through digital channels such as smartphones, with specific physical locations.The firm's patented methodology collects, interprets and reports on unsolicited, open-ended customer feedback in real-time. It now includes a 'Location Selector' which generates a list of nearby brand locations based on a user's digitally identified geolocation, allowing the user to select the local brands / experiences on which they wish to provide feedback.
New features also include location analytics, to provide a view across geographies, real-time display of data for specific locations, the programming of location specific alerts and monitors, and the ability to summarize data by any dimension.
