Publicis-owned full-service digital agency Razorfish Global has acquired Sydney-based firm 2DataFish, a consultancy focused on Adobe data analytics and marketing optimisation. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.Founded in 2010 by Steven and Kim Hann, 2DataFish specialises in online testing, content optimisation, analytics, audience segmentation and tag management. The founders will continue in the business as co-directors, and Razorfish says the acquisition will strengthen its Intelligence Practice by adding 'significant commerce and data analytics capabilities'.
Michael Karg, International CEO at Razorfish Global says the move will add 'world-class talent, data analytics and customer intelligence capabilities, technology platforms and intellectual property'.
