FreshMinds Hires Two

London-based consultancy FreshMinds has appointed Drew Still as a Senior Consultant and Jade McMillan-Hainey as a Consultant.

Founded in 2000 by Caroline Plumb and Charlie Osmond, FreshMinds offers qual and quant techniques, business analysis and strategic thinking. Earlier this month, the firm launched an ideation approach called Spark, promising to help brands in the early stages of the innovation process by generating ideas for new products and services.

Still joins from Future Thinking, where he worked as an AD in the Public Services division, after a spell as an RE at mmr Research. In his new role, he will work with the Education team, supporting a range of education providers, awarding bodies, professional skills providers and education and youth charities. McMillan-Hainey joins after three years at Join the Dots in Manchester, most recently as Research Manager. At FreshMinds, she will work in the Consumer Services and Retail team.
