Canada-based digital innovation firm Delvinia has launched a fast turnaround research automation platform called Methodify, allowing marketers access to customer insight in as little as 48 hours.
Founded in 1998, Toronto-based Delvinia operates a portfolio of digital businesses. Its consulting group helps clients bring to market new business models, digital strategies and customer experiences; and its two data collection businesses - AskingCanadians and AskingAmericans - offer a range of data collection services to market researchers throughout North America, including access to an online research community of more than 600,000 Canadians.
The new Methodify platform provides marketers with direct access to a series of packaged and proprietary methods, all of which combine feedback tools, real-time reporting features and sample, including access to members of the two online research panels. Using the tool and any device, marketers can select a research method, upload their creative, launch a study and see real-time results - with the final insights and data available in two days or less.
Steve Mast (pictured), President and Chief Innovation Officer, comments: 'Methodify allows marketers to test early and often, to bring the customer into the conversation, and to do so by putting some rigour around research process. While some research firms may look at research automation as a threat, it really provides an opportunity to generate new leads and new revenues for their repeatable methods'.
