Three founders of US full service agency Dialogue have renamed the company Alter Agents, and launched a CPG research platform called Shopper STAT. The fourth partner, Patrick O'Neal, will continue to deliver qual research and strategic planning under the Dialogue company name.
Dialogue was co-founded by former Hall & Partner Directors O'Neal, Rebecca Brooks, Angela Woo and Phil Dance and provides both qual and quant services, including tracking, copy testing, segmentation, conjoint and shopper research. The four say O'Neil will work closely with Alter Agents on future projects.
Shopper STAT (Spend, Triggers, Attitudes and Trends) promises retailers insights into consumer goods purchasing, tapping data from a continuous sampling of shoppers who bought groceries in the last 24 hours, conducting 1,000 interviews per week and covering twenty CPG categories.
Commenting on the changes, Brooks (pictured) said: 'When we started this rebranding process, we were looking to position our expertise in the marketplace, specifically playing to our strengths as a team. We are passionate about revealing the shopper experience from all angles - brand building, retail experience, word of mouth, and product satisfaction'.
