MR Recruiter Sarah Penny Launches New London Firm

In the UK, market research recruitment consultant Sarah Penny has set up her own company, Penny Cross Recruitment Ltd.

Penny (pictured) has more than twelve years' experience in MR staff recruitment, including spells at RPCushing Recruitment and most recently Hasson Associates where she was General Manager. Earlier, she worked at London-based Media and Comms recruiter The Stevens Co.

The new company will provide search, selection and contingency recruitment across permanent and fixed term contract positions from SRE level through to Divisional Head / Director level, and including researchers, project managers, business developers and business managers.

Penny says the firm will focus on giving clients a transparent solution to career development and talent acquisition, adding: 'The research industry is a great sector to work in... My focus is to work with medium sized companies who genuinely value their greatest asset - their staff. This means that I can place long-standing quality personnel for the benefit of clients and candidates alike'.
