Cross-platform measurement specialist Symphony Advanced Media (SAM) has appointed former GfK exec Chuck Shuttles as Senior Vice President of Panel Operations.
SAM's solutions provide an integrated view of consumer media consumption, purchase behavior and brand attitudes across media, including online, TV, print and mobile - they include VideoPulse, launched in September.
Shuttles (pictured) joins with more than fifteen years' research sector experience. Most recently, he was VP of Custom Media Panels at GfK (formerly Knowledge Networks). Prior to this, he spent a decade at Nielsen, latterly as Methodological Research Director in charge of a team of ten survey research methodologists, having joined the company in 2000 as a Senior Research Analyst.
