IBM has introduced the 'Universal Behavior Exchange' (UBX), a service linking customer data from different sources to help marketers personalize the consumer experience.UBX connects advertiser, visitor preference and other data stored in different channels and devices, and is supported by a pre-integrated partner network that includes social, mobile, CRM and paid advertising solutions - these partners include MediaMath, Spredfast, MutualMind, SugarCRM and Exchange Solutions. Through this network, users can integrate a wide range of customer behavior, event, and audience data across paid, owned and earned channels.
