Product lifecycle consultancy Logic PD has hired former GfK and Smith-Dahmer exec Shawn Oreschnick as Director of Analytics and Research Services.The company helps clients understand their business, user and technology needs, with a focus on digital challenges. Services include analytics and research; design, engineering and manufacturing; and product support services.
Oreschnick will deliver fact-based insights to internal and external clients, reporting to Chief Customer Officer Jason Voiovich. He joins from Smith-Dahmer Associates where he was Quantitative Lead, working on projects from product potential evaluation to awareness and intent studies for existing brands. Earlier he was Senior Market Research Director at GfK Custom Research, and he worked at a number of advertising firms including Colle+McVoy and Periscope.
He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, with a BA in International Affairs and an MA in Public Policy from the Humphrey Institute.
Voiovich says Oreschnick's 'extensive experience in gathering, synthesizing and interpreting market data and trends make him the perfect individual to lead Analytics and Research Services capabilities'.
