In the US, full service agency Target Research Group is to merge with Relevation Research. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.Following the transaction, both companies will continue to operate as separate entities. Target Research Group CEO Greg Spagna will lead both companies, while Relevation President Nan Martin (pictured) will become President of employee-owned Target Research Group, with all companies (Target Research, A&G Research, and Relevation) reporting to her.
Martin says the two firms have similar cultures and can now pool resources and tools. Spagna adds: 'Nan Martin and Relevation bring an opportunity for offering our clients a wider array of services including expertise in global research. Nan brings extensive knowledge of global research perspective to our ever-expanding international business'.
