Audience sampling firm Innovate, which was set up by uSamp founders Matt Dusig and Gregg Lavin, has hired former colleagues Rodney Lazar as SVP of Global Finance and Accounting and Rachel Tak as Director of Global Account Management. Katherine Albers has also joined the company.Dusig, Lavin and their former colleague George Llorens launched Innovate in March 2014, and opened an office in Gurgaon, India the following year. Lazar (pictured) was VP - Finance at uSamp / Instantly from 2011 to 2014, and led strategic planning, forecasting, sales planning, cash management, mergers and acquisitions, and business development. He also defined and implemented an overhaul of the firm's supply costs. Tak previously spent five years at uSamp / Instantly as Senior Manager, Global Bid Consulting.
Innovate has also hired former Precision Sample Project Manager Katherine Albers as Senior Manager of Global Client Services. In her new role, she will work with clients, while helping guide the development of the firm's sampling technology.
