US-based customer listening solutions provider OpinionLab has announced an upgrade to its product which it says will 'harness the collaborative power of an organization to act on customer feedback'.OpinionLab's software collects, interprets and reports on unsolicited, open-ended customer feedback in real-time. With its previous upgrade, six months ago, it added a 'Location Selector' which generates a list of nearby brand locations based on a user's digitally identified geolocation, allowing the user to select the local brands / experiences on which they wish to provide feedback.
The 'Winter 2016' release adds tools including Collaborative Labels for individual customer feedback submissions, tailored to a company's internal work flow to help distribute, organize and act on issues and opportunities; and Collaborative Notes, allowing internal stakeholders to annotate and discuss specific customer issues. The firm says this will help users to 'activate their entire organization in real-time around priorities and opportunities' and elevate their company's Customer Experience focus.
President and CTO Mark Treschl says the release is 'a game changer as it fundamentally redefines how an enterprise leverages its resources to act on customer feedback'.
