US-based machine data analytics firm Sumo Logic has launched a platform which pulls in and integrates / analyses structured and unstructured data in real-time.Sumo's software helps enterprise IT professionals analyze and visualize massive amounts of data from their server log files and other company sources, in real-time, in both data center and cloud environments. The new platform unifies logs and metrics, transforming a variety of data types into real-time intelligence for business insights. The firm says this gives its customers instant access to the full breadth of analytics for their apps - from code to end-user behavior.
President and CEO Ramin Sayar (pictured) says the move is 'another big step forward' for the company's 1,000 plus customers and the industry and will result in 'an explosion of use cases that leverage machine learning'.
