Dublin, Ireland-based research agency Behaviour & Attitudes has promoted Luke Reaper to the position of Managing Director, replacing Ian McShane, who becomes Executive Chairman.
Behaviour & Attitudes was established in 1985 and offers a full range of quant and qual methodologies for employee, customer and innovation studies, as well as social and political opinion polling services. In addition to 36 permanent members of staff, it boasts a team of more than 150 face-to-face interviewers nationwide, plus capacity for more than 60 interviewers in its CATI unit in Milltown.
Reaper, who steps up from Deputy MD, joined in 2008 from TNS mrbi in Ireland, where he worked for eleven years, latterly as Deputy MD. Prior to this, he worked at Lansdowne Market Research.
McShane will continue to manage his portfolio of existing clients, while supporting Reaper and the Board. He joined the firm in 2006 after serving as MD at TNS mrbi, and having previously been Operations and Research Director at AGB Tam.
