Forrester Names Chief Consulting Officer

In the US, IT industry researcher Forrester has appointed Mack Brothers as Chief Consulting Officer, in charge of its Global Consulting practice.

Brothers (pictured) joins with nearly 30 years' consulting leadership, business development and product management experience. Most recently, he spent eight years at information and analytics firm IHS, latterly as VP, Industry Services & Consulting, overseeing the global consulting team focusing on economics and country risk, as well as the syndicated research teams. Prior to this, he was Group MD at Global Insight Inc.; COO at SonicBlue Aerospace; SVP Business Development at Wood MacKenzie; and he held senior roles at Cambridge Energy Research Associates, CERA and Pharmedica.
