In addition, businesses can respond to, and resolve problems reported in consumer complaints on the site. Through the newly launched tool, visitors can compare several companies side-by-side before making purchasing decisions; and evaluate products and services, total issues reported and claimed losses, along with ratings from previous customers. In addition, journalists conducting investigations in a particular industry can access the free tool to evaluate customer satisfaction and complaints for multiple companies at the same time.
