New York-based marketing and media analytics firm Datorama has raised $32m in a Series C round of funding, which it will use to accelerate its research and development in the artificial intelligence field, and expand its machine learning capabilities.Datorama's Marketing Integration Engine applies artificial intelligence to automate the process by which marketers connect all the online and off-line data they gather from advertising, marketing, sales and CRM. To this it adds patent-pending data modeling, campaign management, and advanced analytics with real-time reporting and data visualization tools.
New funding was led by Lightspeed Venture Partners with participation from Marker LLC and Eric Schmidt's Innovation Endeavors, bringing Datorama's total funding to $50m.
