Netherlands-based online specialist Blauw Research has launched a new solution called SPRINT, to help teams and organisations access the right consumer insights at any time during the product and service development process.With offices in the UK, Germany and the Netherlands, Blauw specialises in product development and innovation, marketing and communication, and customer experience management. The new tool uses feedback-driven agile project management principles, requiring consistent customer, management and team input to help with new product or service development, innovations, or campaigns. To manage the process, 'scrum teams' are in place to frequently analyse and adapt the product under development.
Apart from offering agile research solutions, SPRINT also shows organisations how to integrate customer feedback into their 'scrum projects'. Baluw CEO Els Molenaar (pictured) explains: 'Several of our clients have adopted agile and scrum techniques for product development and campaigns.
