In the UK, Creston-owned qual and quant digital and sensory research specialist Marketing Sciences Unlimited has hired long-time Tesco exec Claire Hiett for the new role of Client Services Manager.The agency provides a range of services including pack testing, pricing research, brand tracking and customer satisfaction surveys. Through its Sensory Profiling lab, it offers a full product evaluation service, from sensory profiling and analysis, to product development, consumer tests and product optimisation. Hiett joins after nearly eleven years in a range of commercial roles at Tesco. Most recently, she served as Commercial Event Manager, prior to which she was Clubcard Campaigns Manager, with a £5m budget to attract new customers and increase loyalty. During her time with the firm, she was responsible for using customer insight and market research to optimise space and offer customers the most appropriate product range, as well as promotions to deliver growth in a number of categories.
