Canadian customer analytics firm iPerceptions has appointed Martin Le Sauteur - formerly President and COO of Marketel McCann Erickson - as its new CEO, replacing Audry Larocque.Prior to Marketel, Le Sauteur was President and CEO at fast-growing marketing tech firm Acquisio, leading it through a number of acquisitions during a six-year spell in the role. Earlier, he co-founded interactive agency Nurun, where he was COO.
IPerceptions' Customer Analytics platform collects feedback from more than 20 million 'visitor intent data-points' each year, predicting their purchasing behavior and serving retail, hospitality, financial and automotive brands. Le Sauteur says he sees 'strong potential for further growth in both the customer experience and audience data markets'.
Larocque joined the company in May 2012, soon after it was sold to investment company XPND Fund L.P.; and has presided over rapid expansion at the company, with revenue reportedly increasing 300% in 40 months.
