Full Circle Research Expands to Texas

Maryland and Connecticut-based online consumer sample provider Full Circle Research has opened a new office in Houston, Texas, led by former Penn Schoen Berland director Todd Neff.

Full Circle Research, which was set up in 2013 by research veterans Adam Weinstein and Nathan Lynch, offers a proprietary quality approach called 'HoNoR' (Holistic Next-level Research), combining technology, community strategies, and quality controls.

Neff joins with a background in global supply chain processes, procurement and asset management. His career includes more than four years at Penn Schoen Berland in Washington, DC, where he was Director, Internet Surveys Group, managing Internet fieldwork operations and procurement; and most recently at FMC Technologies, where he served in an asset management capacity.
