Lightspeed Promotes Eight across EMEA Operations

WPP-owned digital data collection specialist Lightspeed has announced eight promotions in EMEA Operations, including Derek Gibson, who will become Director Operations, France and United Kingdom.

Caroline Frankum Gibson joined the firm in 2005 as a Junior RE, and has since held positions including Client Operations Manager (EMEA) and Director of Client Operations. In his new role, he will take over management responsibilities for both the UK and France operational functions, helping align them with the commercial teams. Gibson will report directly to Andrew Van Wezel, VP of Operations.

Further promotions across EMEA operations include the following, who all report to Rob Van Beek, Director Operations NCEE:

Michael Werner - to Client Operations Manager, Netherlands
Margreet Sasburg - to Team Leader, MRA
Mariana Monroy - to Team Leader, Enterprise
Björn Ludwig - to Team Leader MRA
Alban Zinsou - to Team Leader Enterprise
Andreas Hagn - to Team Leader MRA.

In addition, Marcus Chen has moved up to the role of Senior Research Manager, Lightspeed All Global, reporting directly to Angela Pecora, Lightspeed All Global Team Lead.
