Cadreon, a recently remodelled division of Interpublic's innovation group IPG Mediabrands dedicated to data, tech, insights and activation, has appointed and Clement Tsang in the new role of Head of Consulting.
The new-look Cadreon, based in Sydney, was announced at the end of August this year and has just under 100 staff. CEO Darren Stein says Tsang will work closely with recently appointed MD Pat Darcy, previously Commercial Director of data-driven marketing company RadiumOne.
Tsang began his career in Australia, but then moved to China, where he worked as MD of Asia DSP Brandscreen, and most recently as MD, Global Brand Management and Performance Marketing at Ogilvy Shanghai and Beijing. He holds an MBA and degrees in law, government organisational structures and political science.
Stein comments: 'Clement will lead a team of advisors who will focus on mid term, strategic consultancy to clients. The team will offer a broad service spanning all aspects of the new Cadreon and across each of the key areas where today's CMOs and CTOs require actionable and effective support. These areas are predominantly in prioritizing, activating and measuring marketing investments as well as developing the technology to get them there'.
