In the US, customer experience (CX) consulting firm Walker Information has launched a collaboration platform called Walker TrackIt, to help CX professionals manage issues that affect their customer base.The firm, which is led by CEO Steven Walker (pictured), uses predictive and advanced analytics, custom consulting and other approaches to support clients' customer retention and growth. The new TrackIt tool helps cross-functional teams establish ownership of issues, document activity, track progress, communicate updates, and monitor success measures.
In a statement, the firm said: 'As found in Walker's research for its Customers 2020 report, moving from recommendations to ROI is a desired state of customer experience. Walker TrackIt was designed with this in mind to give CX professionals a tool to help them move from action planning to execution'.
