In the US, MR consulting and training provider CourtLynn Enterprises has launched a customer behavior insights division called Griffin Wilds.The New Jersey-based full-service business has already developed a motivational marketing model which uses cognitive psychology to interpret consumers' thoughts and feelings. This is combined with brand equity, brand loyalty and other measures to provide a holistic view of the customer. Griffin Wilds is led by former NPD Group Director/ORC International RA Courteney Wilds (pictured), with support from Katherine McKeithen, who previously served as VP of Synovate Qualitative, and was a Qualitative Research Consultant at Ipsos Understanding UnLtd.
Commenting on the launch, Wilds said: 'We are dedicated to making sure that our clients know what their customers are thinking. With the emphasis on understanding the customer from a 360 degree view, I realized that there was a specific place for us to use our strengths and to provide the intelligence needed to help companies flush out that view'.
