Consumer data specialist 84.51 degrees has appointed Andrew Lundberg as Senior Analyst and Joseph Puchala as Scientific Developer. The firm has also promoted Stephanie Jenkins, Samuel Edison and Brian Balash.84.51° was created in 2015, and was staffed by workers from dunnhumbyUSA, the joint venture between retail analytics pioneer dunnhumby and grocery giant The Kroger Co. The company is wholly owned by Kroger, and uses dunnhumby's tools under licence.
Lundberg joins from the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) as Marketing Business Analyst, while Puchala previously served as an Image Processing Engineer at L-3 Technologies, Cincinnati Electronics. In their new roles, Lundberg is responsible for analytics across Kroger customer communications, and Puchala is responsible for converting personalization and analytics research into software prototypes and products.
Jenkins moves up to the position of Vice President, Partnership Development, having previously been the firm's Business Operations Director; Edison becomes Senior Client Lead after serving as a Research Analyst; and Balash moves up from Engineer to Senior Engineer.
