Kantar TNS has promoted James Brown to the role of Executive Director, responsible for leading the business in Melbourne, Australia.
Brown (pictured) has more than twenty years' international research experience working across the FMCG, shopper, healthcare and financial services sectors; and including qual, quant, market trends and competitive intelligence. Previously, Brown served as Client Service Director in the Sydney office, where he worked for nearly four years, before which he worked for the company in China. Earlier in his career, he was a Research Director at Ipsos China, and Senior Customer Insight Manager at Barclays Bank; and he spent twelve years at Ipsos and Ipsos MORI.
Commenting on his appointment, Brown said: 'This is an exciting time for our company as we look to bring the best of Kantar and Kantar TNS to our clients.
