Lightspeed Brings in Business Transformation Expert

In the UK, WPP-owned digital data collection specialist Lightspeed has appointed former Kantar exec Hannah Soar as Director, Business Transformation, responsible for developing, supporting and influencing strategic behavioural change management efforts.

Soar (pictured) joins from WPP's data investment management arm Kantar, where she served as Human Resource Business Partner. Before this, she held HR change management, transformation, consultancy and advisory roles at Nottinghamshire Police, Paul Smith Limited, and Peninsula Business Services.

In her new role, Soar will report to Global CEO Caroline Frankum, who comments: 'Hannah brings an impressive range of change management and people experience, along with the energy and vision that make her the ideal person to effectively drive change throughout the organization. The hard work that Hannah has invested in successfully motivating and growing people at Kantar over the past year has been truly impressive.
