Prescient Hires Three to Lead Stakeholder Insights Arm

Biopharmaceutical product strategy consultancy Prescient Healthcare Group has appointed Carolyn Dodd, Pip Keys and Jim Goldenberg to lead its Stakeholder Insights business.

Carolyn Dodd, Pip Keys and Jim GoldenbergFrom offices in London, New York, San Francisco, New Delhi and Beijing, Prescient offers a range of product, brand and mature brand planning services. In London, Dodd joins as Vice President, Stakeholder Insights, with 25 years of global market research and consulting experience. Most recently, she was Lead Research Director and global Account Lead at healthcare MR provider The Planning Shop, and before this she held senior roles at Hall & Partners, Kantar TNS, Apex Healthcare Consulting and GfK.

Keys also joins the London office, as Director, Stakeholder Insights. She has twenty years' experience of supporting global product launches, most recently gained at Bedrock Healthcare Communications, where she served as Head of Insights with a focus on patient ethnography / observation. Earlier, she was Research Director at Marketing Sciences Unlimited, Director at A+A Healthcare, and Account Director at Insight Research Group.

Goldenberg joins the firm's New York office as Senior Principal, Stakeholder Insights, having previously spent more than twenty years conducting qual and quant projects. Most recently, he worked for full-service agency Clarion Research as EVP in charge of pharmaceutical and healthcare market research, before which he was President at Global Helix, and held senior roles at TNS Healthcare, V2 (now part of GfK Healthcare), Migliara Kaplan (acquired by NFO), and IRI.
