East Midlands, UK-based MR agency Habit5 has appointed Hannah Green as its first Head of Insight.Habit5 was launched in 2013 by former First Direct exec David Jones, promising to help brands understand their customers, employees and stakeholders - and that customers understand them. Green (pictured) joins with more than fifteen years' experience, serving most recently as Customer Insight and Marketing Analyst at Barbon Insurance Group. Prior to this, she worked for John Greed Jewellery as Management Information Analyst, Ideal Shopping Direct as Marketing Data Analyst, and as a social media-focused Data Analyst at Syncapse. Earlier, she held data analyst roles with Lincolnshire Road Safety and the NHS.
Jones says the new arrival has 'demonstrated that she can unearth insights that make a real commercial difference', and comments: 'This is a really important appointment for Habit5. Bringing Hannah into the business very significantly boosts our analytical and research capabilities'.
