Asia Pacific-based data intelligence and technology company Potentiate has expanded to the US through the acquisition of full-service marketing insights specialist NetReflector. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 1997 and previously operating as a subsidiary of Global Market Insite (GMI), Seattle-based NetReflector specializes in customer experience and product development research, while providing a single source for managed feedback solutions, market research, and enterprise feedback management software. Under its VantagePoint brand it offers the VoC Hub - a suite of feedback solutions - plus online survey research software for managing surveys end-to-end.
Potentiate says the acquisition extends its reach, adding to its existing offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Kuala Lumpur and Tokyo. Following the transaction, NetReflector will continue trading under its own name, while referencing the partnership with the further suffix 'Part of the Potentiate Global Network'. Gary Nicholas (pictured), NetReflector President, comments: 'NetReflector was founded on providing our clients with high impact, innovative research solutions. Our partnership with Potentiate allows us to continue that tradition and leverage additional capabilities to ensure our clients are connecting with their customers in the most compelling ways possible'.
