In the US, customer experience tech firm Ignite-TEK has launched a tool called LucidVueCX, to help marketers passively collect customer feedback.The new SaaS platform can be used to analyze conversations across inbound calls, social media, online reviews, e-mails and texts, and summarize positive or negative trends. It uses natural language processing technology to aggregate and analyse both structured and unstructured conversations from across channels, and pull them into a single, mineable dashboard.
