In the US, respondent targeting and phone data collection solutions provider Survox has been acquired by enterprise software business Enghouse Systems. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.San Francisco-based Survox (previously known as CFMC) offers multi-mode voice-based survey automation software and services ('phone, online and IVR) for MR and opinion polling.
