MR tech developer iModerate, a division of 20|20 Research, has enhanced its online chat solution by integrating the ability to collect video responses from participants.Acquired a year ago this month by Nashville, TN-based 20|20, iModerate is headquartered in Denver, CO and combines cognitive psychology techniques with research to help brands uncover consumer motivations. The latest upgrade adds video responses to the
current open-ended text responses. Projects including the new option will include video highlights as part of the final research report.
