Chicago-based analytics firm Clarity Insights has promoted Neil Huse, currently Managing Partner overseeing the healthcare practice, to President. Tom Thimot will step down as CEO, but will continue to advise the Board.Huse has spent nearly six years in his current role, and before that was Managing Principal at business and technology consulting firm RCG, where he spent twelve years. Earlier in his career he worked for IBM and PwC.

John Papadia says of the move: 'Having worked with Neil in the consulting sector since 1994, I am completely confident that he has the experience and expertise to lead the company's next phase of growth. Neil brings a wonderful hands-on approach to mentoring colleagues and a deep expertise in providing exceptional delivery and measurable results to clients'.
Huse says the company will aim 'to help drive [improvements in customer satisfaction, revenue, and profitability] at more clients across the vertical industries where we have deep business expertise, including healthcare, financial services, consumer products, retail, technology, and insurance'.
