London-based agency Network Research has appointed Chris Hall as its new Commercial Director. Starting next Monday, he takes overall responsibility for sales and marketing, and for the custom research team.
Network is independently owned and employs just over 50 people in 3 locations - the others are Bristol and Edinburgh. The company completes more than a million interviews each year, and boasts more than 170 CATI stations.
Hall brings twenty years' experience producing and commissioning research, and spent the last five as a Director at digital customer and employee experience measurement company Service Management Group. Earlier he held Research Director roles for JC Decaux and Digital Cinema Media. In addition to digital CX, he has in-depth experience of the retail, hospitality, media and advertising sectors.
