In the UK, former BrainJuicer and System1 Group COO Alex Batchelor has joined behavioural research agency Watch Me Think as Non-Executive Chair.
Launched in 2012 and with locations in the UK, Australia and the US, Watch Me Think recruits participants to record their own and their families' experiences and opinions about brands on their smartphones, in their own homes. Batchelor (pictured) joins after more than seven years as COO of BrainJuicer (now known as System1 Group), having left the company in June, when his role was split into two non-Board positions. Before this, he was CMO of Tom Tom, Marketing Director of the Royal Mail, and VP of Global Brand at Orange. Earlier, he ran Interbrand's Brand Valuation team and then became its MD, having begun his career at Unilever, before joining Saatchi & Saatchi as a Planning Director.
At Watch Me Think, Batchelor will support expansion to new clients and markets. CEO Alistair Vince comments: 'It goes without saying that Alex's knowledge, experience and enthusiasm are going to be huge assets to the company.
