In the UK, tech market research company DigitalMR has added a feature called 'Intercept Surveys' to its existing listening247 and communities247 products, promising real-time feedback from site visitors, and improved completion rates.Founded in 2010 and based in London, DigitalMR offers a 'holistic' consulting approach to web-based MR. Its listening247 platform monitors social media and other public web sites to understand consumer sentiment; while the communities247 product allows companies to recruit private online communities through which to gain market insights, co-create, activate customers, and develop customer advocacy.
With Intercept Surveys, users can now conduct very short surveys, prompted by a specific action by a visitor to a web site in real-time. The firm says this makes it possible to reach the right respondent at the right time, and maximise completion rates. CEO Michalis Michael comments: 'This product brings us a step closer to our 'Next-Gen MR vision', which is all about enabling clients to synthesise unique and actionable insights from multiple sources'.
