In the US, loyalty program provider Maritz Motivation Solutions has appointed former Red Hat exec Cameron Conway as Vice President of its Sales Performance and Channel Loyalty practice.The firm uses behavioral science research and proprietary data techniques to drive customer loyalty, employee engagement and sales force motivation. In August, it launched the Engagement Potential Index (EPI), to enable executives and HR practitioners to measure their company's current culture and engagement potential against industry benchmarks.
Conway (pictured) joins with more than twenty years' marketing and customer loyalty strategy and research experience. Most recently, he worked at software company Red Hat, holding executive marketing positions including North American Field Marketing, Director of Customer Insights and Strategic Marketing Director. Before this he was Director, Business Consulting at CEM software developer Satmetrix, and Lead Consultant at analytics consultancy Fair Isaac Corporation. Earlier in his career, Conway held senior marketing positions at CNBC.com, NBC Universal, and the firms' parent company General Electric.
Commenting on the appointment, company President Drew Carter said: 'Cameron's experience and knowledge will help us ensure our solutions drive incremental sales and profit through stronger relationships with sales partners and end customers. He will be an invaluable addition to our team'.
