In London, full service global media agency Initiative UK has appointed Charlotte Eagland as Head of Consumer Insight & Analytics. She will take up her new position in February.Owned by IPG Mediabrands, Initiative operates in more than 80 countries and offers a range of communications services for cultural insights and strategy, analytics, media and social media strategy, and community management. Eagland (pictured) joins from performance agency MC&C, where she served as Head of Analytics. Prior to this, she was a Consultant Manager at BrandScience, Senior Data Analyst at Manning Gottlieb OMD, and a Data Analyst for the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
In her new role, reporting to recently appointed Chief Strategy Officer Jed Hallam, Eagland will be tasked with building up the data, insights and analytical capabilities which are central to the agency's offering. CEO Richard Morris comments: 'Our promise is to help our clients' brands take the initiative in culture, by connecting brands to audiences through genuine cultural insight. Charlotte will be pivotal in spearheading our data and tech offering and she will be a huge asset to our agency'.
