Cint Uses AI to Enhance Access Pro Sampling

January 9 2018

Online insights exchange Cint has launched an artificial intelligence (AI) based sample delivery function, available to all users of its sample supply management solution Access Pro.

Oscar CarlssonAccess Pro delivery spans all types of panel sources, including hosting double-opt-in, single-opt-in, API-connected and real-time sampling traffic. Through the proprietary AI-based technology, the system samples automatically on an individual panel basis, and then fields interviews within the required time periods. By learning continuously about individual response rates for panelists connected to the firm's Insights Exchange, Access Pro can create recommendations on sample sizes needed for individual quota cells; evaluate actual response rates; and base decisions on new data, while continuing to fill quotas.

Commenting on the launch, Oscar Carlsson (pictured), Chief Innovation Officer, said: 'The underlying technology of Access Pro is state of the art and uses proprietary AI technology to define when and how many respondents to invite to certain studies given the fielding requirements. We continue to have the user in focus when we evolve Access Pro to ensure they can master the tool quickly and be efficient in the ongoing work'.
